Kitchen Sink Jambalaya
Jambalaya is a Louisiana staple. Chicken, Pork, Andouille Sausage and Shrimp in a rustic spicy Cajun gravy with peppers, onions and seasonings, mixed with rice. Now, this is Cajun Cookin.
Much like the Kitchen Sink Jambalaya but with a Creole flair. Smothered pork, chicken, andouille sausage, shrimp, stewed tomatoes, onions, and peppers with steamed rice. It’s a spicy and flavorful dish.
Chicken and Waffles
Sweet cornbread waffle topped with candied bacon, Southern fried chicken, melted butter, and spicy maple syrup.
